How come用法

how come意同why，亦表示「為什麼、怎麼會」，可用來詢問「原因」，但屬於「非正式」用法，一般常用在口語上。兩者的句型不同，why後面接疑問句，但是how come後面接直述句。

How come＋直述句?

How come+主詞＋be動詞／動詞＋（受詞）?

How come Cindy is at home?
