詢問某個人做某件事的頻率時，用問句「How often＋助動詞＋主詞＋原形動詞…?」句型。

助動詞依主詞作變化

do	第一、二人稱單複數第三人稱複數
does	第三人稱單數
did	所有人稱

答句: 主詞+詢問句的動詞(依主詞作變化)+頻率週期。

How often do you go to school? 你多常去學校?

I go to school five times a week. 我一周去學校五次。

我媽媽一天煮飯三次。

My mother cooks three times a day.

Mary一天餵她的狗兩次。

Mary feeds her dog twice a day.

我爸爸每兩天在公園裡做運動。

動作發生的頻率或次數

every＋一段時間（hour、morning、week、year…）

次數表示法為數字(基數)+times

once 一次 twice 兩次 three times 三次

ten times 十次 fifteen times 十五次

時間週期： a day (一天)、an hour (一小時)

一天三次： three times a day

一周兩次： twice a week

一年四次：four times a year

一個月六次： six times a month
