複合不定代名詞用法

上述複合不定代名詞均為第三人稱單數。

Everything in the restaurant is very delicious.

修飾 Something、 anybody等的形容詞要做「後位」修飾。

形容詞須放在複合代名詞的後面，如 nothing new 、something wrong、something scary、something else 等。

I have something special for you. 我有特別的東西要給你。

Nobody else knows the news. 沒有人其他人知道這則新聞。

There is nothing wrong with my smartphone. 我的智慧型手機沒有問題。

Is there anything new today? (今天有什麼新東西嗎? )

不定詞（to＋原形動詞）須放在後面。

I have nothing to tell you.（我對你無可奉告。）

some- 用於肯定句,any-用於否定句或疑問句。

Do you feel anything strange? 你有感到任何奇怪的事嗎?

not any-=no-,是全部否定。not every-則為部分否定(並非每一)

1. He didn’t say anything all morning. =He said nothing all morning.

（整個早上，他什麼也沒說）

2. Not everyone likes to go jogging in the morning.

(不是每一個人都喜歡晨跑。)

nothing but 只不過是…;只有

There is nothing but water in the glass. ( 玻璃杯裡只有水)

其他用法

1. Is he anybody? (他是重要人物嗎?)

2. Although he is nobody now, he will be somebody pretty soon.

(雖然他現在名不見經傳,但他很快就會有身分地位。)
